Shenandoah EcoVenture 2009 : Your Contributions Needed
When EcoVenture 2009 was first conceived, The Downstream Project and Shenandoah University made the following commitment: This incredible learning opportunity will be made available to any qualified student, regardless of financial circumstances. And we intend to live up to this promise.
TDP and the University are underwriting all “indirect” costs—planning, trip staff, support crew, video production, etc. But we need to reach out to you, our Project supporters, to fund the outfitting of each qualified “EcoVenturer” according to need, to cover these and other expenses:
- Food and shelter
- Sleeping bag
- Hiking shoes
- Backpack and mess kit
- Canoe rental
